I have been listing and selling residential real estate in eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa since September 1979. One of my specialties is rural property, both improved and unimproved and am currently converting a 100 acre farm south of Blair into an acreage development. In 1984 I began working with relocation companies, asset management companies and lending institutions marketing their inventory property and helping their clients with their homefinding needs.
I am a graduate of Kearney State College (now UN-Kearney). I moved to Omaha in January 1975 to attend UN-Omaha where I was a graduate assistant in the department of Sociology. However, before completing graduate school I took a job as a social worker before getting my real estate license in September, 1979. I have my GRI and CRS designations and am active in the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and the Nebraska Realtors Association. References are available upon request.
Communication is vital in any relationship. When I work with clients I make it a point to keep them informed every step of the way about our progress in negotiations the current market place and any changes important to their personal Real Estate goals.
In today's fast paced markets technology brings many advantages to the Real Estate consumer and the Realtor. My clients have been very appreciative of my ability to readily communicate not only what is available in the market place but also to provide them with the most timely information - often giving them the edge in the opportunity to buy or sell.
My dedication to my clients means that I work more than a forty-hour week. I am available as often as necessary to help my clients successfully complete their transactions.
Having lived in Omaha since 1975 I am very familiar with the metro area. That, combined with my experience managing rental property for HOME Real Estate all over the metro area as well as listing and selling homes since 1979, has allowed me to become familiar with communities from Tekamah to Plattsmouth and Wahoo to Treynor, Iowa.
